Can I change the currency?

All prices will automatically show in your countries currency, but for your convenience we have provided a drop down button for you to select the currency of your choice. 

I just placed an order, when will I receive it?

We try our best to get items shipped swiftly, but please allow 1-5 days for your item to be processed in order to be shipped out.  You may receive your items much earlier, but the average Free Tracked shipping times can be about 2 - 8 days for USA and 5 - 12 days for U.K. and international shipping.

Tracking numbers will be updated shortly (after) your order has been shipped and emailed direct to you. If you don't receive your tracking number please email us: sales@daisyboho.com. We kindly ask if you can be patient, especially as there are delays due to COVID-19, keep yourself updated by utilising our timely tracking update service. 

 Can my item be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us. Please note, return shipping is at your own expense as we only offer free shipping for purchase only. Once we have received the product and it is approved after inspection, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase or ship a free replacement. Please include your full name and order number on the returned parcel to our return parcel address, which we will provide. Please note: If your package is still in shipping transit, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund. For full details of returns, please visit our returns policy. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order, however it must be cancelled prior to your order being processed for shipping. If the item has already been shipped, you will have to return the item using our easy return system to get a full refund.
