Returns Policy

COVID-19 UPDATE

Health and safety is our top priority for us and our customers. 

Returns: The World Health Organisation (WHO)  has stated that COVID-19 may persist on surfaces for a few hours or up to several days. Therefore all returns will not be processed until after 4 days of receipt. 

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have up to 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order details.

To start a return, you must contact us on our returns page.  If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you are responsible for the expense of the return of your item, unless specified by us. Please do not send your item back to us, without first requesting a return will not be accepted, so please ensure you contact us first.

Damages and issues 
Please contact us immediately on receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that can evaluate the issue and have the opportunity to put things right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
